Since moving from Portugal to Canada in 1974, I have been involved in various successful business ventures. I started as a small entrepreneur and eventually opened a seafood business. I was co-owner and manager of a Seafood store for almost ten years. During those years I enjoyed a great friendship with my clientele. It is this same clientele that made my next business venture extremely successful. In 1988 I decided to try my hand at Real Estate, I became co-owner and sales manager of Westmar Realty Ltd. This venture quickly proved to be very successful and I was constantly the Top Realtor of Westmar. In 1994 I merged Westmar Realty Ltd. with Coldwell Banker Realty and quickly became one of the top 3 REALTORS in the Western Region. My constant search for improvement and excellence resulted in my joining the "ABOVE THE CROWD" Re/Max team in 1997 once again I became one of the top REALTORS for Re/max Real Estate (Central).
